xX~ Asher Roth & Kid Cudi ~Xx

Asher Roth and Kid Cudi had a concert at the Tabernacle in Atlanta Ga on August 2nd. so of course you know the Awkward Crew had to hit up the concert BUT a minor set back, Alicia was attending to her sick aunt, the Concert fell on Matthew's Mothers B-Day, John had Class, Olivia is in Florida and Brooke iz MIA =( so who does that leave you ask ? why Divine Williams and yours truley Mr. Lockhart.

Divine and I hit up the concert around 6:43pm but it didnt start till around 7:30ish . the Line was stil Redonkculous. it was like 5 o'clock trafiic but with ass cheeks, booty to booty traffic and the accasional Blinker when the fat chick in front of us decided to shake her ass with her iPod lighting up in her back pocket.

Finally the Line dies down and itz our turn to give our tickets, with a big goofy grin i pul out my ticket slowly, the suspense is killing me as i pass it to the Bouncer, he reaches for it slowly as if it was a John Woo film, or a matrix skit...suddenly right before he can touch the Heavenly Ticket printed from an Angelic MacbookPro, a old man jumps in front and start flailing his arms, talking about he is a parent of the entertainer. and he and his little "posey" of his wife and 3 small children play jumpsies in line. WTF????

After we finally get into the Concert, we are pack like Sardeens, standing shoulder to shoulder apparently only VIP can site down in chairs, located on the balcony. after about 30 minutes of random people squeesing to get through the crowed to frind there friends, and the occasional Awkward Handjob, the light fade and we await the arrivals of our Hip-Hop Icons

BUT OH NO !!!!! WHATS THIS ???? NOT ASHER ROTH NOR KID CUDI ????

correct some ignorant Local rappers, begging to get a deal open up for the Dynamic Duo we waiting hours in line for and endored grotesk oder for.

BUT not was all bad for to our serprise B.O.B. Performed after the ear bleeding ignorance that was the opening act. B.O.B.'s performance was interesting, he had 2 female back up singers, one with curly black hair, and one with short...almost bald hair. the Women were very pretty and looked around the age of 23 or so. B.O.B. Played his Guitar with no intrumental, very good show, he also threw beach balls into the crowd

Kid Cudi:
for those of you who may not know who Kid Cudi Is, a Rapper from Cleveland. Ohio. He first gained major attention after the release of his debut mixtape A Kid Named Cudi. In 2009, his single "Day 'n' Nite" reached the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts. "Day 'n' Nite" is part of Cudi's upcoming album Man on the Moon: The End of Day. Cudi has also worked withKanye WestCommon, and other artists signed to the GOOD Music label.
Kid Cudi's performance was great, Vivid Lights, Bass Knocking Harder than Police officers, and a LCD Screen behind him that destroyed any pictures you tried to take of him. a small malfunction in sound at the beginning of his performance showed the audience is angry side, taking it out on the sound guy in front of 1000 plus people, showed how dedicated he was to his fans...this was not just a performance but an appreciation gift to his devoted Investors.

Asher Roth:
Asher Roth coined the catch phrase I Love College, yes we all do Love College, those who are in it I mean, but even for those who are not, or are trying to get enrolled his hit song "I Love College" inspired us all to do better...and taught us to put not one...but two condoms on when engaging in intercourse. Asher Roth is Rapper currently signed to a joint venture between Scooter Braun's Schoolboy Music and Steve Rifkind’s SRC Records. His first professional release was on June 13, 2008 when the DJ Drama and Don Cannon-helmed The GreenHouse Effect Mixtape was released for free via Roth’s website Thedailykush.com
Asher Roth's performance was amazing, me and Divine were satisfied. Not only was it a Musical performance but it was comical as well. Asher Roth rolled onto the sage in a mini-car playing some of his favorite mixtapes, some songs included "Move Bitch" by Ludacris as well as the "Saved by The Bell" Tv show theme song. He and his crew, instead of throwing Beach Balls into the crowd, he past around a Large Blunt, a huge paper stick that can take you to cloud 9 and above. The Crowd went Crazy over his comical antics, as well as Divine and I. Honestly we feel that Asher Roth is what Hip-Hop Needs. it doesn't ,matter if your black or white. Good Creative Music knows no Color. Asher Roth was the Last performance but Honestly in my Opinion the Best.

Overall The Concert Was An Awesome Possum I say...stay tuned for pictures of the place later.
